Robots in the Park and Yard Sale
The Robots in the Park and Yard Sale was a fundraiser and outreach event held in the local park. Students brought small carpet squares to the park and drove the robot around. For the 2009 game, "Lunacy," the community would play catch with robot. For Team 675's "Breakaway" robot, kids had fun playing pass with the robot. At the end of the yard sale any clothes leftover were donated.
Penngrove Power and Implement Museum
The Penngrove Power and Implement Museum is a small museum located in Penngrove that exhibits old pieces of machinery and engines. Team 675 brings their robots to the museum and drives around showing the public the robot.
Sonoma County Lego Challenge
Team 675 helps each year at the Sonoma County Lego challenge by providing students for judges and making an award for Lego Teams.
Church of the Oaks Crab Feed
The Church of the Oaks Crab Feed is a yearly fundraiser for a local church. For the past four years, Team 675 has provided waiters and waitresses to the Church of the Oaks for their annual crab feed.
